It is sort of a splendid torch that I\u2019ve got a hold of for the moment and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.\u201d &#8211; George Bernard Shaw<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"dropcap\">T<\/span>he torch I hold is fueled by all those people who strive to discover their true and authentic selves, who dig deep within themselves to find their hidden courage and by those whose selfless giving is an inspiration to us all.<\/h3>\n<h3>That word, \u201cinspiration\u201d from the Latin \u201cin spiritu\u201d, meaning to breathe in the very spirit and life of another, is the flame of my torch.<\/h3>\n<h3>I am inspired by companies that hold true to their core values and beliefs. I am inspired by leaders who walk the corridors and by the\u00a0 associate whose one idea is a game changer. I am inspired by the tenacity of the human spirit, the\u00a0strength of the human psyche, and\u00a0the tenderness of the human heart.<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1578\" title=\"DSC_8579\" src=\"https:\/\/archietew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/DSC_85791-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archietew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/DSC_85791-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archietew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/DSC_85791-1024x685.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/archietew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/DSC_85791.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>I see it in my clients who climb one more step of a 30 foot ladder and go further than they ever thought they could. I see it when they face their fears and challenge their years of ingrained thinking, when they put aside their ego and own up to their fallibility and when they offer themselves up to learning, growth and understanding.<\/h3>\n<h3>These people make organizations\u00a0great &#8211; by risking, challenging, owning and creating the results in their lives.<\/h3>\n<h3>These people are all of us and as long as the flame lives within us then it is my pleasure to do what I can to help make that flame burn more brightly.<\/h3>\n<h3>This is why I do this work and this is why I am blessed.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cLife is no brief candle to me.
